The web site orders are automatically shipped via US Postal Service as First-Class Mail
Parcels with the tracking number.
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and determined by
product weight and quantity. Please note that orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Hawaii
and Alaska may incur additional shipping charges.
Custom, Express and Overnight shipping
If you wish to have your order
delivered by different courier (FedEx, UPS) or have other special
requirements, please send us your order by
e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with your
specific requirements, your shipping account number, etc. We will send you
the customized PayPal Invoice with ordered merchandise, selected courier
and calculated shipping cost on it.
If you wish to cancel your order before it was shipped, contact us as soon as possible by e-mail
at email@example.com. If the
merchandise was not shipped yet, we will issue a
full money refund for you right away.
We can ship to any country. Please, send us your order and shipping
requirements by e-mail, we will contact you with the solution as soon as
possible. Please note, most of the LED light bulbs in our offer require specific
voltage of 120 Volt used only in some countries.
Returns and refunds
We aim to provide our customers with an excellent shopping
experience. Our products are of high quality and we want our customers to
be satisfied with their purchase. Although, if you are not satisfied with
your purchase, you may request to return the merchandise for any reason
within 30 days of purchase date.

We will give you the return shipping instructions. We will issue a full
money refund to you right after we receive the returned merchandise.
